More Information

Duration 7 days (5.5 days training, 1 day testing)

PPE required = Hard hat, safety footwear, Hi-visibility vest / jacket, Gloves.

Start time: 08:30 till 16:30 (can run over and start earlier)

Candidate will get homework





To drive a mobile crane on the public highways you will require the relevant driving licence.

A crane weighing between 3.5 tonnes and 7.5 tonnes requires Category C1 Driving Licence.

A crane weighting above 7.5 tonnes, requires Category C Driving Licence.

To drive on private land i.e. site you just need to prove competency and training.
